The Kilmax features the very best components that Linn make. It features further improved tonearm, sub-chassis, power supply, cartridge and adds the Urika phono stage as well.
It offers a huge leap in performance from the Selekt LP12, although the like any LP12 the Selekt or Majik can be improved to incorporate and indeed become a Klimax LP in one upgrade or in stages. We would of course recommend listening to the various models to determine how good a sound you need. That is something we can always do.
